Overview
Sitting just off the winding coastal ribbon of the Great Ocean Road, Aireys Pub is a modern reimagining of a classic Aussie pub that has long been a community cornerstone in Aireys Inlet. While the original building was sadly lost to fire in 1983, the spirit of the pub lives on in its current incarnation—a bright, welcoming space with expansive outdoor seating, family-friendly areas, and views of rolling hills and ocean breezes.
What truly sets Aireys Pub apart is that it’s home to Salt Brewing Co., with craft beers brewed onsite and poured fresh from the source. Whether you're sampling a refreshing Coastal Pale or their signature Golden Ale, the beers pair perfectly with the venue’s food offering—classic pub fare with a modern twist. Expect wood-fired pizzas, hearty burgers, beer-battered fish and chips, and seasonal specials featuring local produce.
The pub’s layout encourages relaxation, with large lawns, an outdoor stage for live music, and ample space for kids and dogs to roam. It's especially popular in summer when road-trippers and surfers flood in from nearby beach towns or the Split Point Lighthouse.
Beyond the beer and the food, Aireys Pub is deeply connected to the local community and regularly hosts markets, music gigs, and charity events. With a strong sustainability ethos, great coastal location, and craft credentials, it’s much more than a pit stop—it’s a destination.
