Once a popular cigar & cognac bar, Fumo Blu has evolved into a modern cocktail lounge bar. Situated downstairs on the east end of Rundle Street with a blue Fumo Blu sign indicating the entrance, the bar is a late night drinking spot, open until the early hours every day.

Cocktails
There is an extensive array of cocktails presented on the Fume Blue cocktail list and they are broken up into different styles. This includes a Something Different selection that is… well, something different. A range of mocktails, shots and pitchers are also available.

Booths
Booths can be booked for a night out and can accommodate groups of up to 24 people, ideal for birthdays, hens or bucks nights.

Fumo Blu is available for functions and depending upon the function size, is available from 2pm with a range of food and drink packages.
