Sovereign Hills is now an International standard attraction
It has been over 20 years since I last visited Sovereign Hill. The changes are only subtle and the general ambience and atmosphere still remains but everything is just that bit better. The quality of the presentations is excellent and the staff who work there seem to live their roles.
Our 2 kids were thoroughly enthralled for the whole day which is what you need to allow to get through all of the activities and shows. It is great how the simple process of making candy can keepa room of children perfectly quiet and captivated for 15 minutes.
Personal favourites were the gold drop display where a gold bullion bar is pourd and created in front of you. Also enjoyed the mine tour which has certainly added a dimension to the park.
