About East Anaheim
Although the East Anaheim district is not the tourist mecca that the Disney Resort is, it still provides a draw in its own right. This is primarily due to the twin entertainment complexes located here, those being the Honda Centre and the Angel Stadium of Anaheim and its great shopping venues.
The Honda Center is a large indoor arena and is the home of the National Hockey League (NHL) Anaheim Ducks as well as hosting major concerts, entertainment and sporting events. Angels Stadium of Anaheim is located close by and is a ballpark, home to Major League Baseball’s (MLB) the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
The East Anaheim district is located adjacent to the Disney Resort Area, to its east, and many of the area’s major facilities, including accommodation, shopping, dining and nightlife are located around this point. This also makes it convenient to the Anaheim Convention center.
