The Beaches are great and not overly crowded.
We have stayed at West Beach on a couple of occasions and cannot find a single thing to complain about. The beaches are great and perfect for kids with no big waves. Getting around was fairly simple and whether it heading up to Henley Beach or down to Glenelg we could either ride or drive quite easily.
Also we love the cafes just up from where we stayed at Henley Square.
