Towering 322.5 metres above Surfers Paradise, Q1 Resort & Spa is one of the tallest residential buildings in the world and a Gold Coast icon. Opened in 2005, the property combines the freedom of fully self-contained apartments with the convenience of resort-style facilities, making it a popular choice for both short breaks and extended stays.
The resort features a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury sub-penthouses. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, laundry facilities, separate living and dining areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking ocean, city, or hinterland views. Modern amenities include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, spa baths in most rooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Facilities are designed for both relaxation and recreation, with two large lagoon-style outdoor pools, an indoor heated lap pool, a fully equipped gym, sauna, and steam rooms. Q1 Spa offers a range of rejuvenating treatments, while the SkyPoint Observation Deck (at levels 77 and 78) provides panoramic 360-degree views and a café-bar experience.
